REGISTRATION CAN BE DONE ONLINE: Download the documents and send us your proof of payment of R1 000 deposit to – firstname.lastname@example.org (Documents can be downloaded at the bottom of this page – just click on the link – Terms & Conditions / Absent bid form) Deposit will be refunded if you are not successful on your bids. Please supply us with you banking details for refund.
After the Auction you will be contacted on MONDAY AFTERNOON to confirm if you were successful on your bids & then payment must be done before Wednesday. All items must be removed from the premises before Friday. Items not collected will be put in storage on the premises – STORAGE FEES WILL BE PAYABLE
When you fill in your absent bid form – please make sure your lot no. is correct and you put in your maximum bid on the item. For telephone bids – please confirm on which items you want to participate as a telephone bidder and supply us with 2 telephone numbers to make sure we can reach you. (You can only participate as a telephone bidder on items R1000+)
